Borgo alla Terra Governo is produced faithfully following the ancient recipe of the Tuscan tradition. The ‘governo’ method, consisting of inducing a second fermentation of the wine through the addition of dried grapes, is the ideal meeting ground between the proud past and new winemaking techniques, a combination that allows exceptional qualitative heights to be reached.
