Terziere of Tramontano

The generous hills of Radda in Chianti are home to the vineyard that gives its fruit to the Terziere di Tramontano. The soil presents harsh difficulties for the cultivation of Sangiovese, due to the colder temperatures than those that govern the other two Terzieri. However, the special climatic conditions allow the production of an extremely elegant Chianti Classico, which betrays a delicious mineral influence.
