Piccini 1882’s new headquarters, located in Casole d’Elsa, houses the winery within a 17,000-square-foot building. The facility has three bottling lines, equipped with the latest technology, such as innovative sensors designed to detect irregularities in production management. Looking ahead to 2021, Piccini 1882 planned to strengthen controls by introducing an inspector and sophisticated verification systems to ensure product suitability. The Casole plant has also significantly improved production efficiency by centralizing logistics and warehousing, thus ensuring more organized and immediate cooperation between departments. In addition, the company constantly monitors water flow, taking measures to reduce waste, including the introduction of a water recovery system.
