    Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG

  • Albus
    Piccini Wines

    Albus

    White Maremma Toscana Riserva DOC

Our Albus is reminiscent of its name’s ancient Latin past: in the language of the ancient Romans, “albus” denoted brightness, brilliance. Because of this, the term came to mean the first light of day, dawn, as opposed to the evening, vesper, which instead gives our Maremma Toscana Riserva Rosso its name, creating a play on reflections with Albus.

  • Borgo alla Terra
    Piccini Wines

    Borgo alla Terra

    Vernaccia of San Gimignano

Among these lands, vocated to the production of Vernaccia del Chianti, the premium line “Borgo alla Terra” was born, with the intention of enhancing and making known to the general public one of the most vocated territories in the wine scene. Indeed, in the shadow of San Gimignano’s towers lies a sea of hills that offers iconic and delicious wines; small masterpieces still little known to the grand stage.

    Closed Vidalba

    Etna Bianco DOC

Terra Mora’s illustrious brand, “Chiuse” takes its name from the French term “Clos,” which historically denoted the practice of surrounding vineyards with walls. The “Chiuse” line embraces three prestigious labels, each deeply rooted in volcanic terroir, including our most recent addition, Etna Bianco DOC.

Precious golden hues are matched by the aristocratic grace of Willa, the famous “Countess of Radda,” who embellishes the bottle with her solemn, history-laden face. The seductive charm of this wine meets its lively freshness, giving the palate a treasure of elegance.

    Eleven

    White Italy

Careful selection from the youngest vineyards and an early harvest time are the keys to producing a wine with a low alcohol content, enhancing its fruity and fragrant profile. The result is a versatile, fresh and contemporary wine that winks at modernity.

  • Friulano Friuli
    Piccini Wines

    Friulano Friuli

    DOC

While apparently sharing a name with the Hungarian Tokaji, Tocai entertains no kinship with the Magyar wine. In fact, the grape variety is indigenous to the northeast of our peninsula, where it has been cultivated since the 17th century by Friulian winemakers.

As early as the 14th century, Giovanni Boccaccio counted Ribolla among the sins of gluttony. Duke Leopold III of Austria was also a great admirer of it, so much so that he ordered that the region provide him with 100 urns of this wine each year.

  • Sauvignon Friuli
    Piccini Wines

    Sauvignon Friuli

    DOC

A historic Loire grape variety, Sauvignon has been exported to every corner of the globe, but few areas, like Friuli, have been able to enhance its profile. In fact, Sauvignon has become a symbol of this region, thanks to its unique organoleptic characteristics and the ability of local producers to exploit the potential of the area.

  • Scalunera
    Piccini Wines

    Scalunera

    Etna Bianco DOC

The incredible setting in which the Torre Mora team operates is carved into the name of the estate’s premium line, “Scalunera.” Its name, borrowed from the Sicilian dialect, means a “flight of steps,” thus evoking the intrepid meanders that dot the slopes of Mount Etna, on which typical lava stone walls peep from time to time.
