The facility has a winemaking capacity of 10,000 hl, which is done with the use of modern temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ideal for preserving the typical aromas of Vernaccia.
In addition, the winery has an area dedicated to the production and aging of Vinsanto in historic caratelli.
